The program combined my interest in healthcare and public health with the development of leadership and management skills. I have gained broad exposure to major public health disciplines, a macro-level understanding of the healthcare system, and honed my professional skills in direct application to healthcare delivery. Ultimately, I aspire to practice in an urban hospital and have a leadership role where I can leverage my experiences and perspective to influence hospital initiatives to help those in need
