A traditional store exists physically while an e-mall does not physically exist. Unlike product delivery, e-mall takes time to deliver products compared to traditional mall; you can simply go and collect your products. E-malls are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and the traditional mall has limited hours in one day. In e-malls, most of the products have user reviews and ratings while traditional malls do not have the ability to provide user ratings and reviews. Payment methods are different for both shopping centers. In e-mall the customer has to pay with credit or debit card, while in traditional mall the customer can also use cash. "In a retail store, customers come to browse, touch, smell, look and try the merchandise. In e-tailing, customers come to see the price and availability and are simply doing research or are ready to make a purchase" (Baron, 2013 ). E-tailing can save you time compared to walking around to every outlet, someone is there to help you with any questions while e-tailing doesn't promise you great customers
