Chuck Johnson, a friend of Ted Ellis, was hired and promoted after only a short stint at the company. This upset Pat Franklin, who had been with the company for nine years.2. Bob Watts doesn't want to have any problems as his retirement is imminent. Ellis has become feared by managers and recently fired Pat Franklin.3. Emphasis is placed on relationships between managers and senior managers.III. Affected Systems1. Structural – The management structure within the company Bob doesn't seem to want to do much because he is retiring soon and doesn't want to do anything bad before he leaves. Bob, however, let someone get fired, which negatively affected the organization. Carol should continue to try to talk to managers to get support in talking to Bob. He needs to make them feel safe from Ted. He is on the same level as Ted and could have influence on Bob. The only way things will change is if they talk to Bob about what's happening. Carol is the main source of help and the managers have to meet with her and make a plan (excluding Ted and Chuck). The problems should not be ignored and they need to talk to Bob soon to prevent more people from being fired. Managers don't have to be afraid of Ted if they know what he's doing is wrong. Overall, if managers join Carol to talk to Bob, they can try to solve some of the problems
