I was delighted and flattered to be part of the university rugby team even though I had never had playing experience before and the team was full of players who had played rugby in national level First. It was a pleasant experience for me as the day I played my first rugby tournament was undoubtedly one of the best days I have ever had in my entire life, but it was a horrible day for the team as the Our university was defeated in the final by a narrow margin of eight to seven. To begin with, I thought the level of competitiveness for college sports would be equivalent to the college level and I was wrong. It was tougher, more challenging and represented a new level of competitiveness that I had never experienced before. Perhaps I had gained a new experience from this event: that of never taking things lightly. During the tournament, I only played two matches out of a total of four matches in the entire tournament and I hoped that I had undergone the full rugby training session to be a more skilled rugby player than the others. All in all, I would still do the same things again because I tend to be realistic just to be able to earn a place in a team full of exceptional players who have already had rugby experience. However, I would be more disciplined by participating in all training sessions which would positively improve my personality as such the ability to play rugby could prove beneficial to
