The performance of supply chains is strongly influenced by relationship management. The most difficult task in the chain is managing people's personalities. This arises from a lack of adequate communication and behaviors that are not considered professional and this could lead to the collapse of the chain (Ganesh Kumar & Nambirajan, 2013). Managers assume that relationships, especially personal ones, will be established once they have appropriate technical procedures in place. The key ingredient for success in the supply chain is to have trusting relationships in which the parties involved in the chain can confidently rely on each other's actions and
