This document describes how to implement the HR strategies formulated and planned for a company's human resources. Human resources are the most valuable part of the organization. It plays a crucial role in improving the productivity of the organization. Plans are made, but implementation is the most important part. This document provides guidelines for implementing various processes in HR. HR Development Strategy Implementation Guidelines: People: It is important for people in the organization to have a work-life balance to lead a happy life, so the most important job is to implement the actions for work-life balance. The action that should be taken is to conduct a pressure profile audit; compliance audits to check working time pressure on employees. After the audit is completed, the findings should be evaluated and the need for flexible listing options identified. The action should be led by the committee whose head should be the Employment Practice Manager (Human Resources Strategy: Implementation Plan, 2004). There is a need to attract local members and young people into the organization for which the Student Support Officer within Human Resources and the Youth Promotion working group can come together to form a working committee to prepare promotional materials such as Choose a Career that provide safety and growth folders. Site visits may be conducted to enable students to present professional and technical work so that they can be attracted to work in the organization. You can establish partnerships with various schools and universities and provide training to those who wish to join the organization.
