Communication is an essential term in an individual's life. Having conversations has become easier thanks to the sources, but has the level of understanding improved? or is it challenging? Many companies are faced with problems of intercultural communication at the management level. Cross culture refers to the improper flow of communication towards the employee and the employer. A high level of scrutiny regarding cross-cultural issues led managers to overthink final decisions. First, when it comes to communicating with employees or a certain audience, you should be confident and clear. The obstacle towards this problem would be leadership skills, team management strategies and lack of motivation. The first fundamental obstacle arises through the process. It is very important for an employer to determine the efficient process plan. An effective process will lead to clarifying employees' questions and doubts. A clear objective will lead the organization to achieve its goal. The second thing that emerges is the personal barrier. Expanding business globally invites competitors to become employers. The globalization of business brings a wide range of obstacles and new tasks. An employer sometimes fails to express their personal communication skills, the reason behind this is the physical presence of the employer and the difficulty in adopting the culture of the host country. Adopting a culture and at the same time organizing the business globally can cause an organization to lose track. But it doesn't end there because we also have gender inequality problems. Two genders, male and female, but around the world they are all scattered in different cultural contexts. As for male communication, the… middle of paper… when retail meetings gave the feedback of increased liquidity and increased trade. The initial investors were given the opportunity to be shareholders of the company. I would like to conclude by saying that the CEO's clear vision and strong decision helped the company achieve its goal. Hiring the right employee is the basic rule of management decision. Trust in the opposite person and confidence in his performance can bring out the best in the employee and senior subordinates. Alan Gelman's idea and the organization's mutual decision to adopt KCSA led to the company's success. Finally, the study of the international dimension of organizational behavior helped me to analyze the two cases. The weakness and strength of the organization were visible to me. The understanding of critical situations and the power of managerial skills were easily seen.
