Intercultural training is an essential event in the arena of human resource management of companies and organizations. The need for cross-cultural education is essential in organizations whose breadth originates globally. These training sessions are necessary to expand the organization's vision and strategic plan to other cultures. Furthermore, these organizations must be ready to strengthen and possibly modify their structural plans due to the cultural complexities present in the world. Without effectively trained managers in international locations, strategic goals, values and global partnerships may not be realized or missed. Cross-cultural study is very important to ensure the success of organizations in this recession-driven economy. In order to grow, organizations must be able to adapt to the countries that hold the global purse strings. For HR managers to be proficient in the role of global HR manager, it would be best to learn early in their career. The awareness of being flexible in the position of human resources manager is essential to establish the rules, regulations and strategic plans of a global company in another position. Public and private sector organizations would benefit from having global human resource managers because of the cultural sensitivity they would bring to the organization while located abroad. Furthermore, being a global administrator is not just being a culturally relevant human resources manager, but a culturally relevant human being.
