The teacher should use different teaching strategies to help educate students about diversity and to demonstrate that there are all kinds of different people in the world. The teacher must show cultural relevance in their school and classroom. To show students that you are engaged and even more so to engage them, the teacher should connect the topics to current events. A teacher might have a student with special needs in class to help teach about diversity or put students in random groups and learn about other countries. A student with special needs could help students be more tolerant and sensitive towards people with problems. A teacher should know their students to teach them better and know where they come from to avoid moments of diversity
