In the agricultural sector, farmers had multiple workers performing many tasks, but now the farmer may be reduced to just one wage earner. This being the case for many people, this has caused major problems for men looking for work with little education. With fewer people in the agricultural industry, we've gotten to the point where no one needs to be in the machine. “Farmers now use GPS-based technology to guide agricultural equipment such as tractors, sprayers or harvesters” (Doc 2014).
