“A good government consists in the ruler being a ruler, the minister being a minister, the father being a father and the son being a son” (Riegel). Confucius spent his life pushing for equality and a new way of life in ancient China to give the Chinese people something to believe in during difficult times. Modern China is the hidden engine room of the world. Through the domineering role of a communist government, this allows them to concentrate the push of the industrial workforce in one place in order to take on jobs outsourced from other countries. China's official religion since 2002 is atheism, but the country is still full of religious diversity, including many religions that stem from the efforts of Confucius and his journey to preach a better life (Middle). Brutus saw that Rome was in danger of falling into the grip of an omnipotent ruler who would crush the rights of his fellow Roman citizens. Brutus dared to break out of the basic mentality of the mob that followed him like a herd of cattle and stood up to the perceived threat. In Confucius' journey to build a better world through a peaceful bond of social and political lifestyle, he created a reputation for dogged, yet calculated, perseverance in striving towards the peace that corresponds to the unwavering loyalty and unimproving nobility of Brute. from the blood of a long lineage of brave and noble men. Many noble men in Brutus' time simply did what they had to do to be a mediocre senator, a rich man, or another different profession to keep the flow of daily life unhindered. They were nails holding together a sinking ship but they ignored the fact because they would rather protect their reputation than raise their heads. Brutus rose above others and...... center of card... his people and spoke his opinion and, in turn, redirected the direction of humanity itself. Works Cited "Parallel Lives".
