INTRODUCTION Mintzberg (2013, P.44) stated that management combines all these skills, such as leading, doing, thinking and deciding and more, together, not applied individually. A good manager should be able to combine all these skills to carry out management work. But the point is: what useful skills should a manager be able to satisfy? Mintzberg stated that his management theory can be known from three main aspects: information, people and action. For the information aspect, a manager should be able to communicate and control; for the people aspect, a manager should be able to lead and connect; and regarding the action aspect, a manager should be able to do and manage. These are the good methods for a manager to actually manage something well. Viitala (2005) concluded another theory on management skills which contains six categories relevant to technical, knowledge, knowledge, leadership and supervision, social and intrapersonal skills. Technical skills enable managers to manage the content of the processes for which they are responsible using tools, procedures and techniques. Business skills are linked to any activity, they lead managers to think, to guide the management system. Knowledge management skills include many professional management knowledge such as concept formation and problem solving. Leadership and supervisory skills are intended to guide people, support them and engage them. Social skills include the manager's ability to establish relationships with stakeholders. Intrapersonal skills tend to provide self-control skills for managers. Maintaining a good planning habit will help me improve my management skills. These are the methods with which I was able to develop the most important skills.
