The message Obama is trying to send is that every high school student should have the option to attend a community college with the free two-year community college plan they plan to attend L he implementation into our education system will allow many high school students an affordable option to attend a community college. In today's world, college students everywhere are giving up due to the accumulation of debt they have accumulated throughout their college career. College students pay nearly sixty percent of their salary just to make payments on their student loans (Berman). Obama plans to reduce the burden of these student loans for people dropping out of high school by making the first two years of community college free for everyone dropping out of high school. Even for high school students who are afraid of going to college, this is a great way to overcome the fear of going to college because the first two years are free. This Obama proposal will also help people who want to return to college after being away for a while; for example, single parents who dropped out of college to care for their children and want to attend college again after many years have passed. Free two-year community college will do wonders in reducing the stress of the financial part of college for many of the less affluent high school students who plan to attend a community college and for people who have not seen college in some
