I like how clear Mappes' definition is and I agree that consent should be enough, but there's just a little more to it than that it is necessary for a morally permissible act. To be a complete and accurate definition, equality must be taken into account. There needs to be equality in the relationship and fairness in what each participant receives from sex. This equality is necessary because it helps rule out many of the conditions that Klepper was concerned about, such as deception and equality
