Otherwise, customers should be happy because by simply clicking a mouse or touching a screen, they were able to shop and pay for their purchases without leaving the comfort of their home. The firm may charge a low price to attract new customers, while obtaining a higher price from loyal customers. As price discrimination increases and pricing becomes easier, discriminated against customers may choose to shop online elsewhere. But changing prices online is not popular among buyers.
