Some people work in factories and never think about the dangers around them. They have been working in the same place for many years; the movement/movement of the work becomes as natural as walking or talking. In most factories, accidents happen due to non-compliance with rules, regulations and pranks. Some jobs within a factory can and will have safety equipment and special clothing, which employees must use for their own safety and protection. There are jobs for which an employee may need special training or certifications to perform the job. Desa International Heating was once a thriving workplace, manufacturing gas stoves, and there were many dangers within. Some areas/departments were more dangerous with stricter rules and regulations than others; the paint shop is the most dangerous of all. There were also some company rules that only affected paint shop employees, due to the type of work and the layout structure of carrying out the work. We will discuss the operation of the paint shop from start to finish and the dangers. First, the paint line is a huge chain link belt hung from the ceiling and equipped with long metal rods with hooks at the end for hanging parts. There are four workstations, two waiting and two taking off. Suspension stations are extremely dangerous due to the handling of crude metal parts, which will cut you faster than a razor. People working at these two stations had to wear double-layered arm guards and special-type rubberized gloves for hanging parts. The arm guards were supposed to help prevent cuts, the gloves were supposed to help prevent cuts and keep the part from slipping because they were extremely oily and if they did the job correctly they worked. The employees were supposed... center of paper... the cart ran over a person's foot and crushed the top of the foot. The injured person was never the same and eventually had to resort to his disability because he could no longer stand for more than thirty minutes at a time. If the material handler had taken the time to stand in front of the cart to let the person know that the cart would be moved, this would have been avoided. Finally, a factory is one of the most dangerous places you can work. There are safety rules and regulations, and if they are not followed, someone will get hurt. If we don't use the Sometimes, we cause someone to get hurt just because we are in a hurry or because we want to joke. If we don't use safety equipment and clothing, we are likely to get hurt. So slow down, save the pranks for outside, and act like the responsible adults we're supposed to be.
