For decades, going to school has become every child's nightmare that haunts them for eternity, from kindergarten to their senior year of high school. I still remember waking up at 6 in the morning just to catch the school bus, otherwise I had to walk a mile and a half to school. Especially in the winter, when walking wasn't a fun way to get from home to school and back. It was all Hades. And then I started thinking about a way of learning education that didn't require the presence of students, or teachers. But it was just an idea, I thought. Then, after transitioning from high school to college, the idea of taking courses without having to be in an actual classroom came to fruition when I discovered that colleges offer online classes, with virtual classrooms and interactions. This new educational method is called distance learning. Although many people believe that distance learning is a waste of time because students have to technically learn on their own, but this theory is yet to be proven. On the other hand, many students continue to take distance learning courses, because they experience the real benefits that distance has brought them. So, undecided students should consider distance learning as one of their college courses. Distance learning offers a huge help in better time management and having flexible schedules. In addition to saving time, distance learning is also offered at a lower cost than traditional classroom courses, which will save students a lot of money on additional school supplies. Additionally, it provides easy and much simpler access to the materials covered in the course. Additionally, with new technology invented every day, more and more employers are looking for potential candidates who have the ability to work via computer and intern...... middle of paper ...... tasks completed as much as the students attending traditional lessons courses. Additionally, distance learning can be modified to mimic the real classroom environment, where students and teachers can interact as in a real classroom. Distance learning is just as good as the traditional classroom, if not better. Its benefits go beyond its limitations. Distance learning not only saves time and money, but gives students faster and easier access to learning materials anytime, anywhere. Distance learning also prepares students with computer skills for later use in the workplace. With the help of technology, distance learning is now accessible almost everywhere in the world. And the quality of the courses has remained the same as the traditional classroom one, if not even better. Students who are attending or about to attend college should consider taking distance learning courses to benefit.
