Have you ever considered how a student feels about wearing uniforms? In fact, almost 65% of students hate them. This number shows that more than half of students oppose uniforms. While students may be required to wear uniforms due to inappropriate clothing some wear, a school's dress code is much more beneficial. Wearing uniforms will prevent the student from expressing their creativity through clothing: consequently, depriving them of individuality. Since school is about learning, the system should not focus effort on student uniforms because it is not an educational goal. To begin with, students should have the freedom to choose their own clothing. School systems should use a dress code, as this does not completely suppress creativity. This plan gives students the chance to express their imagination and personality through their clothing. It also teaches students to have their own judgment about what type of clothing is appropriate or inappropriate. What is equally important, a student's religion. If students are religious, they should not break their traditions because of uniforms. For example, some religions require students to wear special head coverings or specific articles of clothing. In other words, once the uniforms are established, they will not be able to wear them. They should not ask for this to be allowed, religion is their life. Additionally, students are able to feel more confident and comfortable in their clothing. Having confidence is important for students because it inspires them to move forward. Therefore, instead of requiring students to wear uniforms every day, schools should instead enforce a dress code. to purchase and the cost will reach a max. Uniforms may seem cheaper than buying your own clothes, but it's not. As long as the student can make their own good choices in purchasing their clothing, such as setting budgets, it can be much less expensive. Finally, it ensures that students show their personality not only through their appearance. Not judging a book by its cover is important, but students should learn this on their own in school. It's natural to judge people, but it's crucial not to say it out loud. Consequently, uniforms should not be an educational goal in our society because there are always alternative ways to do so. Instead of uniforms, the school may use dress codes. It also prevents the student from conveying their uniqueness through their clothing. Therefore, making uniforms redundant.
