According to the Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary, religion means belief in the presence of a God or Gods and the activities connected with their worship. The word religion comes from the Latin religionem, which means devotion to the gods and respect for what is holy. Religion, or at least the religious assumption, is something fundamentally common to all human beings. Questions about the meaning of life, how to best live it, what happens after death and whether there is someone or something looking there have been asked throughout history by people in all parts of the world. Although the origin of the religion is uncertain, some anthropologists believe that the religion began as a renewal movement. In the past, when people's imaginations tried to find more comprehensive answers to their problems, they were influenced by the ideas of the prophets, who gave them answers instead of their everyday beliefs. Most religions have religious people who practice them, holy or sacred places where people worship, and rules with some similarities, as well as many differences. According to 2012 global reports, 59% of people are religious, some of whom practice multiple religions at the same time, regardless of whether or not the religious principles they follow allow syncretism. Religion is a belief system that formulates people's views, limits their actions, and to which people remain devoted throughout their lives. Religion is one of the most influential factors that structure people's views in the modern world. People become aware of the concept of religion from an early age. The fact that children in most cases inherit their religious beliefs from their parents... middle of paper... is a crucial factor in many conflicts. Furthermore, religion is reflected in people's behaviors, in their actions and keeps its believers away from behaviors considered wrong from a religious point of view. Religion is not just praying and worshiping, it is having true devotion, true love in your heart. It increases the humanity, generosity and sympathy of believers towards human beings around the world. Religion is very important in our modern world as people need something to believe in and be limited by. Since people's actions have exceeded the limits of humanity, only religious beliefs prevent the Earth from disappearing. If there wasn't something that people were afraid of or felt obligated to do, most of them would do what they wanted and benefit from it. It is essential to protect religion and religious beliefs, so that balance is maintained on Earth.
