Today Kazakhstan is one of the developing countries in the world. Since Kazakhstan became an independent country in 1991, many things have changed significantly, including of course the business environment. The country was developing in terms of economic, political and legal, demographic, social, competitive, global and technological factors. Kazakhstan ranks 9th in terms of territory and is located in Central Asia, and also has access to the Caspian Sea and the Aral Sea where huge amounts of oil are found. The neighbors with which Kazakhstan is connected are China, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation. Furthermore, Kazakhstan has good relations in various areas with all these countries. As I said before, since the moment Kazakhstan gained independence there have been many changes, for example, if before the capital was Almaty, then since 1997 the capital of Kazakhstan became Astana. Today Astana is one of the largest and most beautiful cities that attracts many tourists to visit Kazakhstan. Speaking of the official language, it is certainly Kazakh and the Russian language is also quite widespread and many people can speak it freely. Furthermore, Kazakhstan has a rich selection of mineral reserves and numerous oil and gas deposits. Kazakhstan's strategic location in Eurasia has important implications on the country's economy, politics and culture which, collectively, create a favorable economic environment for multinational companies. The factors I would like to write about are economic, legal and political. The first external environment of a business factor is economic which plays a significant role in business. The Republic of Kazakhstan is rich in mineral resources, extensive agriculture...... middle of paper ...... new political system, take a course on social modernization and human capital development. In recent years, it has undertaken systematic industrialization and the introduction of innovative technologies that will improve the competitiveness of Kazakhstan's economy and its attractiveness for foreign investment. Furthermore, Kazakhstan's role and responsibility in international affairs has significantly increased. Another important thing is the implementation of strategic priorities given to Kazakhstan's international partners. Kazakhstan fully counts on support and cooperation in the implementation of these tasks, which will contribute to the further development of cooperation between our countries and peoples. I hope that Kazakhstan will strongly strive for further progressive development of democracy, with particular attention to decentralization, anti-corruption and gender equality..
