There are many ways that people with kidney failure can cope with stress, such as talking to someone who understands, doing fun activities, relaxing, or even taking short breaks. “Specific anxieties that kidney patients may have are concerns about how the disease will affect their relationships, their ability to work, their quality of life, and about understanding their condition or managing their treatment.” Reasons for sexual problems include hormonal problems, medications, tiredness, emotional factors, and relationship difficulties. During dialysis you will need to choose foods that provide the right amount of proteins, calories and minerals. When you eat it it will help you stay healthy and fit and will also help your kidney disease from getting worse.
