Topic > The importance of interactivity in digital art

IntroductionIt is clear that art is a creative process that spans various disciplines, platforms and genres; time we are talking about a painting on canvas, a collage of frames strategically placed on a wall or, in the case of research, a piece of audio or video or a combination of both manipulated by an artist/spectator (PV) in a specific space.ONCE UPON AT ONE TIME visual art was simple: it was born from the conception and craft of an artist, which the spectator recognized and then tried to understand while standing in front of the object. (Simanowski 2011) Each of these has its own creative process with a simple shared goal at the end for someone to see. Here we hope to research digital art and be more specific about interactivity in digital art. The concept of interaction between the performer/spectator and the link between the artist and the technologies used for interaction will be explored, we will also take a look at the aesthetics of digital art and the form of a work, as well as the link between the viewer and the environment or space and how it looks when the photovoltaic interacts with it. Over the last forty years or so the boundaries of digital art have been and are still being pushed in new directions. Much of this is due to more research in the field and greater developments in both hardware and software, but some argue that the best development of all is interdisciplinary communication between artists and engineers together with other technological specialists, which for twenty or thirty years ago it wasn't all that common. From the research it became clear that when approaching an interactive work of art we are not entirely sure what we are doing, we could be looking at a video work, pus...... in the center of the paper .... .. mentioned earlier in the introduction we know that interactivity in digital art is a new and relativistic concept and obviously, like anything new, things will develop. Technology and computers will continue to develop, and as a result, interactive art will also develop, but the main categories mentioned will be critical during the creative process for any artist who approaches and designs an interactive digital art work or system. There is no doubt that the space, playfulness and structure outlined by Cornock and Edmunds will remain an integral part of interactivity in digital art even with the developments that will undeniably occur in the potential of the technology. Interactive digital art is a rapidly growing art form. Its ability to communicate and engage audiences is powerful, and artists are just starting to tap into its potential.
