As we know, we live in the world of globalization. And the English language is a common language and is spoken in many countries. The English language is a West Germanic language that originated in the Anglo-Saxon kingdoms of England. The English language has been widely spread throughout the world and has become the primary language internationally. English in many developed countries is used as the official language; for example it is used as an official language in the European Union and many Commonwealth countries, as well as in many world organizations. It is also the third most spoken language in the world, after Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. Modern English is the most dominant and is required for communications, science, computing, business, aviation, entertainment, radio, architecture, engineering and diplomacy. A working knowledge of English has become a requirement in numerous fields, occupations and professions. The field of Interior Design would by definition be that of transforming a space into an effective environment or arrangement for carrying out human activity. Interior designers also execute their own design ideas or concepts into reality. A designer's design process begins with consulting the client and then translating the client's wants and needs into an actual project. Interior designers place greater emphasis on special planning and construction, design function, and effective use of space. The designer also looks at the finer details such as lighting, materials used, acoustics, temperature and most importantly the function of the design used. Interior design is also a discipline that deals with the design of all interior spaces, .... .. middle of paper...... bunches. When a designer acquires his own factory or studio, he needs a team with him, especially when working on large projects. Here communication becomes a great factor for the success of the final result. When work is delegated to parts of the group, ideas and orders must be followed by the hierarchy. In most design organizations in the world, due to the international clientele, the English language is essential to be understood to communicate with the international clientele and the work group so that a mutual and successful outcome can be achieved. In conclusion it is important to say that in this modern and growing world it is extremely important to have a greater understanding of the English language and that adequate grammar is used as it helps the designer to communicate, to express, to understand.
