Lanza killed 26 innocent people, 20 of whom were first graders and the other 6 were staff members. After the shooting Adam Lanza took his own life, so there was not even a possibility that he would be sentenced to life in prison or the death penalty. Someone who takes many lives or even one life does not deserve to be in prison and simply receive all his needs. These necessities are provided to them by our taxes, whether we care or not. Families whose children, family members or friends may have been killed in these incidents are also paying taxes that go towards supplies for these inmates so they can be treated
