This course has given me the ability to work with others to develop a vision, mission, and strategic plan to overcome issues affecting any school I may be called to serve. The title of this course is called “Leadership for today's schools”. However, I would like to rename it "Leadership for the schools of today and the future". Why am I proposing a name change? This course forced me to look to the future. As a leader in today's schools, I need to see what is happening in my community that can impact what students are expected to learn and know for the future.
