This week has had the greatest impact on my professional growth. During this week, I learned that meaningful reflection is “the practice or act of analyzing our actions, decisions, or products by focusing on the process of making them (York-Barr, Sommers, Ghere & Montie, 2006). There are many benefits of reflection in the field of education. The most influential is the effect that reflection has on the learning acquired by students Teacher reflection inevitably addresses students' needs for affirmation, contribution, power, purpose, and challenge. Every time a teacher reflects on their work, they give students the opportunity to learn more. Students recognize teacher reflection. their teacher and imitate his behavior. I feel that learning to reflect influenced me the most because it showed me that I should reflect on the good and the bad. I should reflect on everything I teach. The more I reflect on my work, the closer I will get to becoming an expert teacher.
