Shiaa) They stated that the appointment of the imam is the duty and responsibility of Godb) One of the invented opinions and beliefs of the Shias is that they believe that their imams are something of divine origin, far above human beings and even the above the Prophets and Messengers. Sunnia) Sunnis agreed on the truth of the Quran and protected themselves from any deviation.b) Sunni Muslims accept this Hadith as Sahih (authentic). The Hadith of al-Quran and the Sunnah is used by Sunnis to emphasize the importance of following the Sunnah. Shiaa) They argued about the truth of the Quran and charged that the Quran has deviation... halfway through the document... the ussion ended while the faith practiced by the Shia was obviously in conflict with the faith held by the Sunnis. Not only is it against the scholarly consensus, worse, but it is reversing the texts that were passed down from God as they are understood by the majority of scholars to humanity. Based on these differences, there is no way to achieve unity and strengthen them by adopting beliefs or withholding resources unless one party leaves its positions and recognized source of resources. Although there is a common ground between the two sides, there are many disputes on the ground which create a divide between the Far East and the Far West. In this case, there is no better shield to effectively address the challenges of this movement, unless Muslims return to the belief that the authentic legacy of knowledge of the Prophet and his companions RA.
