With good management, the organization thrives by providing adequate support and resources to its frontline teams. As the first line of defense, management is in a better position to “address the issues behind the problem and be aware of care interdependencies” [1]. Managers and supervisors have the ability to engage resources and networks across multiple functions to determine the best decision for the company or team.
