Prostitution is a chain process, and unfortunately, too many people get trapped, especially in Ohio. Due to its extensive highway system, proximity to international borders, numerous large metropolitan cities, and high poverty rates, Ohio is highly vulnerable to sex trafficking. In response to this, there are several ways to help prevent human trafficking from occurring.
