He wrote various novels, each different, but all connected to the same theme. Woolf struggled with bipolar disorder and deep depression in her early years and showed through her work the difficulties she faced. Woolf devoted all her energies to writing what are now the most famous songs of the 20th century. Woolf was different from the common writers of her time, Woolf liked to focus on changes in the world of literature. Although she was a dark writer, she enjoyed mixing her darkness with the changes the world was experiencing. Woolf's famous novels are Mrs Dalloway, The Lighthouse, A Room of One's Own and Orlando. Woolf was born into a family of many literary talents. His father, Sir Leslie Stephan, was an author of the Dictionary of National Biography. Woolf had a sister, Vanessa, who was a very skilled painter; he also had two brothers Thoby and Adrian, who attended Cambridge University. Woolf was not given the opportunity to go to college like her two brothers. He never quite understood why, but it is said that he couldn't afford it at the time. Not having had this opportunity, Woolf considered herself "ill-educated", although she was becoming one of the most intelligent writers of her time. Surrounded by all these great literary talents, Woolf was inspired to become her own literary success. He didn't feel completely comfortable with writing until he moved to Bloomsbury, which would turn his literary career around.
