Throughout her career, we have seen her body transform into the woman she is today. While interviewing and observing conversations of men of color, I have found that the majority believe she is absolutely FINE. They get excited and consider it sexy. If she appears on the screen all conversations stop and men start drooling over her beauty. Considered a "real woman," Serena has come under scrutiny regarding her body. Several magazines have written that she is ugly and looks masculine. Most of these magazines usually boast of thin white women on their covers. Media coverage states that Serena looks like a man while Caitlyn Jenner is a beautiful masterpiece of a carefully sculpted woman. They believe that Caitlyn, who was born a man with male genitalia, is the definition of a beautiful woman. A man who became a woman who still has the body of a male (and an athlete) was glorified while a naturally born woman was insulted for her development.
