The culture of an organization is made up of those beliefs and norms that dictate the behaviors and interactions of its members. Organizational leadership consists of those members responsible for guiding and directing their subordinates to help them achieve individual and organizational goals. The culture in the Herring family is a combination of both control and clan culture. We have an established hierarchy and rigorous policies and procedures to dictate standards of behavior for our children, but we also pride ourselves on working as a cohesive family unit. Our home culture values ​​kindness, courtesy, integrity, respect for those around us. Because I am a key component of the culture we have created, I feel very comfortable in this environment.
