How well did high school prepare me for college? My overall personal experience of high school was a little disappointing because high school wasn't what I expected. High school was just another chapter in my life because I just learned to stay on the right path and stay in school. Since freshman year I felt like high school was just a daycare because as usual we had silly people around trying to get other people's attention. High school was useless for me because I always had in mind the words of my parents and they showed me that those words are true. To succeed you just have to try and if you don't succeed the first time, try one more time, but next time try harder, nothing in this world is impossible, it's just the desire to achieve things. From the first day of high school I knew what I wanted for myself. I always turned in my homework on time. I would get to every class on time, I knew which classes I needed to focus on, and I knew that if I took AP classes it would help my GPA and my ranking.
