Access to the Internet has exacerbated a major problem related to bullying. Online bullying has become a major problem in many schools. Even though some people think it's unfair for kids to be accused of certain things, students should be accused of bullying on online sites because it's humiliating for people and hopefully makes kids feel safer when they go on social sites average. People think it's unfair for children and teenagers to be accused of certain things. Many parents would not agree with this statement, but parents believe that it is only for young people and some believe that the taunts and arguments were only small and would not turn into something huge. “there is no way anyone on the green earth would know that this would result in criminal prosecution” (teenagers object). Most adults think of the computer as something kids use to get information and send e-mail without spending a postage stamp. Another example that shows that people think it's okay for kids to be accused of online bullying is the discussion about the First Amendment. The First Amendment protects freedom of religion, press, assembly, petition, and speech. Parents who disagree with their children being accused of bullying argue that they are just using their freedom of speech. Even though people think it's unfair for teenagers to be accused of certain things, I think children should be accused of bullying on online sites because it's humiliating to other people. The person being bullied is often unlikely to stop others' mean behavior towards him or her. Telling the bully to stop made things worse for the person being bullied. “I told them to stop, but when they didn't stop, I told my dad and he went to school and talked to s...... middle of paper ...... or problem for kids, and if we can help them and do something about the problem, we could make the Internet a more fun and safe thing to surf.
