Since he was responsible for the liberation of India from British rule, he was the most loved man in her life. Village. Gandhi was a man of peace and fairness, he spoke the truth and was very successful in almost everything he attempted. He fought for equal rights even when others opposed them. Mohandas Gandhi won the world by liberating India and Africa from oppression, speaking the truth about racial discrimination in Africa, and inspiring others to take a stand against racial inequality. One of Gandhi's greatest achievements was to free India and Africa from oppression. He took a case in South Africa and planned to stay there for only a short time, but ended up staying for twenty-one years (World Book). He stayed there so long because he fought for Indian rights (Yapp). Gandhi first noticed that there were equality problems in South Africa when he boarded a train with a first-class bus ticket. This train was supposed to go from Durbin to Pretoria. The train didn't have enough first-class seats for everyone, so a worker told him he had to go to the back so a white man could take his seat. When Gandhi refused, the police were called and he was taken off the train and forced to spend the night in the freezing cold railway station (Schuldt). From that day Gandhi tried to bring Indians and whites together. As mentioned above, he spent twenty-one years there, but Frank 2 never officially made equality law.
