I will need to improve my diet alone and with friends in the future. When I eat alone, I tend to eat at odd times, which can ruin my day, or I tend to eat things very quickly to save time or add convenience. When I eat alone, usually what happens is that I don't think about food until after I usually eat, which can lead to me overeating or eating nutrient-poor foods. Lastly, I need to do more to get outside, so often in Wisconsin we get used to sitting indoors due to the weather, when that happens we get comfortable being lazy and eating a lot. I know I've definitely fallen victim to this, so I need to improve my willpower when it comes to saying no and trying my best to go out when I want.
