I have considered your position against the Health Care Act; however I remain firm in my position. In my experience, the new health care law has had a positive impact on my life and the lives of my family, and I am extremely grateful that it passed for several reasons. In this letter I have included some of the few pros that made me lean in the opposite direction. Please know that my intentions are not to overstep your beliefs, as I too was once on your side of the fence. My first-hand experience, as well as the research I have done, is the reason I recently changed my position on the matter. Unfortunately, over the past year my family has experienced some unfortunate events. I never anticipated or prepared to become unemployed, as I have worked since the age of sixteen.
