Advantages of self-directed learning for organizations:-Making choices, supervised towards oneself and helping people acquire decision-making skills through different acquisition experiences that could arise from education or experience working. Being moral, the individual can expertly examine the good judgment from the individual encounter which could be a favorable element for the association. Critical thinking, this is the type of skills that an individual can have by discovering himself which are transferable skills that an individual can get from work, training, interests or diversions on the most effective method of taking care of different issues essentially which could be connected in the association. The association tends to adapt people to the meaning of the work example assigned to specific commissions without individual responsibilities that could prevent someone from living up to expectations. An individual can achieve this by suiting himself by focusing on authoritative destinations. So in the meantime I was confused about what exactly to choose for my future, after all I followed advice and set goals towards business education. At the moment I thought about continuing within the same level of education as I'm doing fine with all the education for now. I have no problem with the type of selection, but I am distressed by the fact that I did not enroll in the other level of education that I believe would be a better career for my future. My parents guided me in right and wrong selection where they gave me all the rights to wish as in my particular future.
