Illegal immigration is a major problem facing most developed countries in the current economy, and has been a major political problem for political parties in America (Republicans and Democrats) and over the years each side has a different agenda for discussing the issue. Illegal immigration can be defined as a movement of people from a country of origin to the country of destination without legal documents and violates the immigration laws of the destination countries. Over the years people have moved from one country to another to escape a war situation or to get better facilities in another country. Countries have established immigration laws to restrict people from entering their land without proper documentation because the social and time-constraining issues of illegal immigration concern areas such as social welfare, healthcare, rights of voting, the economy and human rights. Illegal immigrant is a person who does not have the citizenship of the country of residence and has entered the country without legal documents or resides with expired documents. However, these illegal immigrants represent a threat to the security of the country by entering illegally, but they also bring multiple benefits. America is a great example of illegal immigration and shows how illegal immigration has been beneficial and harmful to the countries economy, culture and society. Illegal immigration can occur for various reasons, but one of the main causes over the years has been civil wars that have caused people to cross other countries' borders. Poverty is another reason why people migrate from other countries legally or illegally to better paying jobs, better living conditions and one of the major examples of this are thousands of people who apply for H-1B (highly skilled workers) every year ) to work legally for a company... at the center of the document...
