Introduction Have you ever sat down at the table, had breakfast in front of you, but didn't know what to do? Do you go into a restaurant with your friends to have "brunch", but end up ordering from the dinner menu, simply because you have no idea how to have breakfast? If any of this applies to you, you don't know how to eat breakfast, or at least the finer details. This is not a common problem for most people, as they know the basic rules of breakfast. But knowing the more technical rules, such as what to eat, how to eat it, and the appropriate drinks, cutlery, and table manners, is more of a lost art. Starting with the basics is the only way to really get started, so I start this document now.Materials RequiredYou will need: a prepared breakfast, cutlery, a cup, a drink of your choice, salt, pepper, napkins, condiments, sugars and creamers. For this document, your prepared breakfast will consist of two eggs, sunny side up, with bacon, sausage, hash browns, toast, and pancakes. Toppings will include butter and jelly. The setting will be a restaurant, so be sure to skip steps that aren't relevant to you if you're eating in a different setting. Many of these rules can be applied to various other dishes, but keep in mind that this document is geared towards the previously mentioned materials and settings. The Steps Step 1: Assess your hunger If you're not hungry, you don't have to eat. It is considered a waste to eat when you are not hungry. If slightly hungry, you can have a snack instead. A fruit would be ideal for a snack. For moderate to extreme hunger, continue. If you have been deprived of food for more than three weeks, consult a doctor before continuing. Step 2: Sit Properly When approaching the table, one should......half of the paper......until he is satisfied. Return the glass to 0o and place it on the table. Warning: Placing the glass on the table when it is not at 0° may cause spills. Repeat this process until the drink is finished. Once the drink is finished, you can request more, you can request a different drink, or no drink. Step 7: Receive your meals Once the food arrives, the waiter may not remember whose meal it is for, or the chef may leave rather than the waiter. If so, be sure to request your meal by raising your hand when it is announced. Be sure to thank the delivery man. Now it's time to start eating. But wait! First you need to check your meal. Is that how you ordered? If so, continue. If not, notify the waiter or chef of the error and continue from there. Step 8Many people prefer to make toast, pancakes or any other dish at this point. Let's make our toast and pancakes.
