In the play Much Ado About Nothing by William Shakespeare, love is a very important and coherent theme; on which the show is based. The theme of love is important because people feel love from an early age. We want to know what love is. Where does it come from? How can I get it? What does it feel like? When will I get it? What do I need to have love? Love is something we wait for. Let's imagine our first kiss. Our first “I love you”. Our first heartbreak. The truth is that love is made up of many things: pain, joy, compassion, understanding, desire and tears. Shakespeare uses the concept of love to show how important trust and loyalty are in any relationship. Trust is important to love because trust is the foundation of love. Trust is earned by demonstrating loyalty over time. Having trust makes you feel secure in a relationship. It gives us the opportunity to share our emotions, feelings, memories and ourselves. . The presented model describes how hurt Claudio is when he discovers that Hero is not trustworthy. Pain and hero desire are shown in the tears of Claudius' eyes while anger is shown by Claudius's act of turning his back on her. The hero's fainting shows his sadness and confusion over all the commotion. The outstretched arm communicates that she still wants to be with Claudio even though he doesn't trust her. When the hero passes he shows that having trust involves a level of vulnerability, which Claudio also shows is comedy. “If half your outward graces had been placed in your thoughts and in the counsels of your heart! But the well is right, the ugliest, the fairest. Goodbye, pure, wicked, wicked purity. For this I will close all the doors of love and on my eyelids I will conjecture to turn... middle of paper... commitment, chemistry, forgiveness, patience, kindness and honesty. These ingredients are not only for love but are also important in life. It is the loss and gain of love that makes us who we are. Loss of a parent, of who you thought you could be, who you thought you could trust, and of the people you love. . One of the things Shakespeare revealed was that love complicates life. Whether you were a peasant or a nobility attending this performance; everyone can relate. Love brings struggle but it also brings so much joy in the process. It opens your heart to new beginnings and possibilities. The same way Claudio opened up to Hero's doppelgänger or Beatrice forgave Benedick and loved him anyway. It opens your heart to new places. Love is not a fantasy that we all hope exists, it is real. We just have to work to find it and work even harder to keep it. Who you love??
