Topic > Essay on Attraction - 661

Stephen Marquardt's research stated that humans find the greatest beauty in symmetry. On the one hand, I agree that it is appearances that capture human attention. On the other hand, I still insist that it can cause attraction. I agree because what person wouldn't be attracted to a male or female figure who has perfect facial features and a built body. It's hard to resist staring at a person and not feel a sense of attraction. What I don't agree with is that a person will not always be attracted by their appearance, but by how they are from the inside. That's when insecurity begins to form in a woman. Without realizing it, males can become attached to any female just because of her appearance. Whether she's skinny, fat or a little chunky, to him she could be the most beautiful woman to ever walk the earth. Unfortunately, when women are filled with feelings of insecurity, they don't allow themselves to see it. Instead, they constantly worry about how to improve themselves, what to do to continue attracting the attention of a male without realizing that she is destroying herself by making herself someone she is not. If every woman in this world took time to stand in front of a mirror and tell herself positive things that make her unique compared to the rest of the girls in this world, the feeling of insecurity would not be so silent
