To reduce researcher or interview bias, routine field checks will be conducted to ensure that interviewers do not deviate from their strict instructions on how conduct interviews effectively. Additionally, interviewers will be asked to include rich verbatim descriptions of participants' responses to consolidate study findings and reduce the potential for bias (Slevin & Sines, 2000). Interviewee validation will also be a key component of interviews whereby participants will be invited to comment on the interview transcript. According to Long & Johnson (2000), interviewer validation helps ensure that major themes identified by researchers adequately reflect the thoughts and opinions of those who directly contribute to the findings. All interviews will be recorded to ensure that the data captured accurately reflects the thoughts and opinions of the participants without possibility of doing so
