Line nineteen "froze the shy girls on the dance floor." Frozen means underlined in these circumstances. They pointed out the girls on the dance floor who seemed strange, too stiff to dance or even nervous, the shy ones. Line twenty "punctual defects like radar", this means you have been observing the girls. They found every possible flaw in the person. I remember when I was younger my friends would point out a girl to me and I would be nervous, so I would find a million things wrong with her. Line twenty-one says that they now understand that this was meant to be the world. This means that they will soon be part of an adult's daily life. I say this because the older you get the more you realize what is happening around you, your maturation. This verse is about the fun times they had and the memories they created that will stay with them even in the past
