In his book "My Story" he wrote about his life experience and the development of Genting Highland . At the age of 19 he left China and came to Malaysia to work. First, he worked as a carpenter for his uncle. He then becomes a subcontractor and successfully builds a two-story school. During Japanese-ruled Malaya, he worked as a vegetable grower. He later worked in the scrap metal and hardware business. Later, he engaged in second-hand machinery trading to increase his wealth. So, we can take Genting Highland project training and Lim team management in Genting Group organization as a guideline in our life to build teamwork within our group members to achieve success in our projects and in group tasks. We can also follow Lim's team management when we work with a new organization in the future. Lim's successful team management in the Genting Group organization, to the benefit of all people, shows that he applies the human resource approach in his organization. Works Cited Lim, G. T. (2004).
