Recognition is awarded in many different ways. The way motivation is given through recognition which according to DuBrin, 2013 is an oral, written or material reward” pg 316. Recognition is a reward in the form of behaviors that trigger the good behavior of an outcome which is then rewarded according DuBrin, 2013 “support desired behavior” page 316. There is a particular behavior that is used through “good customer service” page 316. When conducting an analysis, the variable motivation that is recognized is “the price is low, but powerful in motivation according to DuBrin, 2013, “exceptional advantage”, money and full thought” which are great motivators that improve performance thus transforming effective motivation into behaviors to be “praised”. The way in which behaviors are motivating through the recognition of others, which makes the meritorious recognizable is only by knowing the results of others and granting recognition through a company leader who recognizes the employee who shows he knows according to DuBrin, 2013 i “ corporate values". page 316.
