Credibility is when someone can trust or rely on you. Tom Cruse is a good example because credibility is important for a band because if a lot of people hear about how you screwed up in any way, or how quickly people leave the band because one person never gets over agreement with anyone else, people will not. I don't want to be their fan! The personality of a band's members really influences their fan base. Woe Is Me, is a metalcore band from Atlanta, Georgia formed in 2009. They are signed to Rise Records. The only original member remaining in the band was guitarist Kevin Hanson after their album Numbers. The band was founded in 2009 by former Of Machines drummer Austin Thorton who founded the band along with Kevin Hanson, Cory Ferris and Ben Ferris, who were all previously members of a local Atlanta-based band called Cheyne Stokes. Time Sherril, who left Shooter McGavin, also joined! These five members then invited Michael Bohn and Tyler Carter for impure and clean vocal positions (Ciesa). After recording a few songs and covers, Rise Records signed them before they even played their first show. They recorded their debut album Numbers in the same month they signed. Which peaked at number 16 on Billboard's Top Heatseekers chart. The first Woe Is Me tour (Pyknic Partery tour) was shared with Drop Dead Gorgeous, From First To Last, Sleeping with Sirens, Abandon All Ships, For All Those Sleeping and Attila. This tour was what got them noticed by fans! When people first heard Woe Is Me's "I've Said You Once", everyone knew the lyrics were about trouble! WIM made a comment about clean Issues singer Tyler Carter being gay in their song, WIM also said in their song "I'm not the one to dwell on the past, so we'll see who it will be......in middle of paper ......WIM regained their fans and Issues made a kind of apology song in their most recent album. When I get older, I want to go to a good university if I get bad grades and I don't try all through high school, most colleges won't accept me! Works Cited Ciesa, Mckenzie. "Historicize."
