Be it short or long term, the main goal of an organization is to get employees on the right page to achieve the common goal, as well as making sure to improve employee participation behavior. However, to implement changes, each employee must understand the changes being made and be willing to adapt through the changes, for the sake of the organization's future growth and success. Therefore, to change the psychological behavior of employees, Kurt Lawin developed three stages of change implementation called unfreezing, shifting and refreezing.
