Being a nurse also involves us understanding what is most important to the patient, being with the patient, and forming caring, loving, and connected relationships with the patient in order to expand our own and their their awareness of the self. Therefore, health as an expansion of consciousness, in the concept of human sciences, nursing practice does not mean expressing judgments, objectives or interventions, but truly listening to what is important for the patient and being with him to find meaning in the transformative phase of his consciousness .
