Communication is an interdependent process of sending, receiving and understanding messages. The definition implies that the components of the communication process cannot be examined separately. Rather, the existing relationship between sender and recipient, as well as the environment of the communication event, must be considered as a whole. According to this perspective, if any of the components and circumstances change (i.e. the number of individuals involved in the interaction, the seating arrangement or the time of day) the communicative event is altered. Communication is a continuous process; we never stop sending and receiving messages. As we will discover, communication is a dynamic process, a process that changes from one communication context to the next. Although it is difficult to predict ways of interpreting communication, some components are always present in the communication process. When we use communication in our daily life, there should be a guarantee that the sender and receiver are able to communicate correctly, otherwise the communication will not be effective at all. The sender should be able to deliver the message as clearly and concisely as possible so that the recipient understands and grasps the message well. On the other hand, the recipient should be wise enough and process the message well so as to avoid misunderstandings. However, we couldn't avoid that there are some barriers when it comes to communication: different values, beliefs and personalities, bad grammar and poor choice of words are just some of the factors that complicate communication. Accordingly, there is a way to avoid complications in communication. It is advisable to have face-to-face communication.
